Shipping

Everything you need to know about our delivery and returns. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch our orders within 2 days. All orders are sent within the UK using Royal Mail at a standard delivery charge of £3.80.

If ordered on a Bank Holiday or weekend, orders will be processed the following working day. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives back in stock.

Europe Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders to both EU and Non EU countries within 2 days. All orders are sent using UK Royal Mail at a standard delivery charge of £8.70. 

If ordered on a UK Holiday or weekend, orders will be processed the following working day. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives back in stock.

Returns

Please contact us if you are unsure about sizing - we can advise you. If you do need to exchange an item, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please email us to request a returns form and then return it to the address below stating the reason for the return and in the case of an exchange - what you would like to exchange it for.

Returned items should be in their original packaging with tags, in their unused, original condition and sent back within 14 days of receipt. We would always recommend using recorded delivery service as proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned, received and acknowledged by JuniperBerry Kids. You will be issued a refund or exchange for the amount of your order, minus the original shipping and handling fees. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of the return postage unless otherwise agreed.
